Setup must be completed by Wednesday, May 27, 2026, 6:00 p.m. at the latest.
On Wednesday, the Pro-Am will take place; therefore, deliveries and setup work must be carried out quietly. All stands must be set up in accordance with the event regulations; no separate inspection will be conducted.

Delivery & Site Access
From Monday, May 25, 2026, 6:00 a.m. until Sunday, May 31, 2026, 8:00 p.m., a vehicle access permit is required for all vehicles.
During the tournament, deliveries are only permitted in the morning until 7:30 a.m. and require a valid access permit.
Stand dismantling
Dismantling must be completed by Monday, June 1, 2026, 3:00 p.m. at the latest.
If the stand is not handed over in proper condition, a cleaning fee of €550 will be charged.
The exhibitor is liable for any damage, contamination, or similar issues.
