Directions & Parking IMPORTANT INFORMATION!!!

Directions & Parking: Important information for all visitors to the Austrian Alpine Open presented by Kitzbühel Tirol: There is no parking available directly at the golf course during tournament week!!! A SHUTTLE SERVICE has been set up.

During the tournament week, there are no visitor parking spaces available anywhere in the area surrounding the tournament grounds. We ask all visitors not to use navigation to the golf course, as there are neither parking spaces nor stopping zones on site.

We recommend traveling by PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION.

​The Kitzbühel Schwarzsee train station is located right nearby. Shuttle buses are available from there to take visitors directly to the tournament grounds. It is also possible to arrive by bicycle. There is a bicycle parking area at the entrance to the golf course.

Visitor Shuttle

 There are three visitor shuttle routes: one departs from Kitzbühel, and the others from Brixen im Thale, Kirchberg in Tirol, and Reith. The shuttle buses take visitors to the final stop, from which it is about a 15-minute walk to the entrance of the golf course.

There are no dedicated parking areas for golf visitors in Kitzbühel itself.

 The following public parking lots are recommended: 

P1 / P2 Hahnenkamm

P4 Pfarrau

P5 Hornbahn

P7 Tennisstadion

P10 Schwarzsee

Depending on the parking lot, parking may be free or subject to the regular fee charged by the respective parking lot operator.

​Recommendation for visitors coming from Wörgl / Innsbruck

For visitors arriving from the west, the parking lot at the Brixen im Thale mountain railways is recommended. From there, there is an excellent shuttle service to the tournament.
